Before we tell you more about what we do, let us first explain why we do it and what our name means. The drive to establish a consulting company arose out of the founder’s desire to help leaders of companies and organizations attain their individual and collective goals and to be successful in the manner in which they have defined success.

Biography of J. Paul
J. Paul has been working in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. His career has been both successful and distinguished, marked by numerous records of achievements and innovations. He began his journey as a prominent figure in healthcare by working in a hospital, leading a department that was open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. He earned his Master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Missouri in 1993. After leaving the hospital and earning his Master’s degree, J. Paul worked in the Kansas City office of Ernst & Young, providing consulting services to the healthcare industry. Since then, J. Paul has served as a Regional Vice President for the largest physician Revenue Cycle Management Company in the U.S. Following his role as a Regional Vice President, he became the Chief Executive Officer of another large Revenue Cycle Management Company.
J. Paul has an ardor for the perfection of leadership and all that the quality entails.
